 Symun Systems, Inc.TM co-owner wins Residential Building of the Year again.Mike Rinks of Symun Systems, Inc.TM and owner of Rinks Construction, Inc. was awarded the Residential Building of the Year by the Michiganigan Frame Builders Association at their 2006 Post-Frame Expo @ the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan for the second year in a row.

 Tech Talk: Software, engineers hook up
Bridgewater Lumber Co. in Bridgewater, MI., was in the process of designing a horse arena near Ann Arbor when it ran up against a code requirement for a sidewall wind load rating. Since the lumber company did not have a professional engineer on staff to stamp the drawings, the company was going to have to hire a consultant.
Fortunately, the software that Bridgewater was using to design the arena had anticipated the problem. One click on the Construction Maestro® program and Bridgewater was led to Timber Tech Engineering in Denver, Pa.

 Construction Maestro®, Timber Tech partnerSymun Systems recently announced a partnership between Construction Maestro® Post Frame and Garage Estimating software and Timber Tech Engineering. This new partnership will give Construction Maestro® users quick and easy access to engineering services for both post-frame and stud-frame outbuildings. After creating an estimate, the user simply makes a few clicks and a quote request is initiated from the Construction Maestro® software.
